The Jack A6F is a specialist automatic lockstitch machine featuring double material transport and an expended 30cm distance between the machine body and needle bar providing a larger work area. The double transport system ensures smooth precise feeding of materials under the presser foot, ideal for handling heavier or layered fabrics 

Needle Feed 

Unlike traditional feed systesm that rely soley on the feed, this needle feed system moves the needle bar in sync with the material, allowing better control and smooth feeding of light to medium fabrics like sheets and curtains. 

Digital Stitch Length 

Precisely controlled by a stepper motor, the stitch length can be adjusted in ultra fine increments as small as 0.1mm. A convenient stitch length lock function ensures consistent stitching and prevents accidental changes during operation. 

Silent Bartack 

Featuring a stepper motor-driven electronic bartack system, noise levels are significantly reduced. This innovation ensures a quieter, more comfortable working environment without compromising performance.

Sewing Motifs

Create elegant ornamental stitches using alternating stitch lengths. Motifs can be easily customized and adjusted to suit different fabrics, styles, or design needs.

Oversized Arm

With a spacious 300mm × 130mm operating area, this oversized arm allows for easy insertion and handling of large projects. Perfect for sewing quilts, quilted jackets, and other bulky materials with ease.

Short Thread 2 Knives

The double-knife thread trimmer cuts threads as short as 3mm, eliminating the need for manual trimming with scissors and ensuring a clean, professional finish every time.

Sealed Oil Pan

The sealed oil pan prevents dust entry, keeping the machine clean, durable, and perfectly lubricated. An integrated Oil Indicator continuously monitors the oil level, allowing for quick and easy checks to ensure optimal performance and maintenance.

Semi-Dry

The dry head design uses grease instead of oil for lubrication, eliminating the risk of oil stains on fabrics. It features a black needle bar with a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating—an advanced treatment that provides exceptional hardness and superior wear resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance.
